We value your time and ours, so we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:

Notifications: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please use the link in the booking confirmation email, or email us at support@workm8consulting.com, or phone us on +61 2 8366 2860 *prior* to the scheduled appointment date and time. Any notifications received after that time will be considered a 'No Show'.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 3 times at no additional charge. However, on the 4th reschedule attempt, a new consultation fee will apply.
No Show: If you fail to make a scheduled appointment without contacting WorkM8 Consulting *prior* to the scheduled meeting time, we may withdraw our services from you in the future.
Refund Policy: All fees for consultations and coaching sessions are non-refundable, including cases of no-shows or excessive rescheduling.
