You can book an appointment at least 12 hours in advance and no more than a month in advance. Once you've booked your appointment, you'll receive an email with a Zoom link. You'll also receive a reminder the day before and 30 minutes before your appointment time.
If you need to reschedule, I appreciate 24 hours' notice. If you must cancel or reschedule at the last minute, please message me (SMS or WhatsApp) at 1-613-235-5424 to let me know you've done so. Thank you :-)
