If you have any difficulties making an appointment, please notify me as soon as possible.

Cancelling or rescheduling 48 or more hours before the session is free of charge.
Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before a session will be charged at 50%.
Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session or not attending without notice will be charged at 100%.

*For clients working with me via Trova Health and Modern Health, different agreements apply.

In case of a single session (instead of a coaching programme):

Cancelling or rescheduling 48 or more hours before the session is free of charge.
Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before a session will be charged at 50%.
Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session or not attending without notice will be charged at 100%.
