Arrival & Punctuality

Please arrive on time! Being 15 minutes or more late will result in a deduction from the current session time; we are not liable for the remaining time left in your session.

Payment Policy:

Payment must be made before the services start. If a deposit has been made in advance, the remaining balance must be paid in full by the end of the booking session.

*Please Note* Only Fully Paid Sessions Will Receive Progress Drafts and Final Mixed and Mastered Projects!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Canceling a session on the Same Day, a $30 Fee will be billed to your account or added to your next session!

More than (3 NO-SHOWS), you will not be allowed to book for (Six Months). All we ask is that you Please Communicate with us. We know unforeseen things may happen to us; reach out to us!

Important Information Studio Rules - Must Read!

No Firearms - No Smoking in the studio

Guests are Limited Due To The Recording Studio Size = 16ft W x 14ft L

(2-3) Guests Max +plus (Yourself) the Artist who booked the studio session, are allowed during session time frame.
Please keep all mobile phones on vibrate during the recording sessions.

Day vs Night Parking

Daytime Arrivals 10:00 AM through 3:00 PM Parking is not an issue; spaces are available during the day.
Evening Arrivals 7:00 PM through 12:00 AM Parking: We highly suggest carpooling with your guest due to the lack of parking spaces available in the evenings.

Food and Drink

Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas, but not on the engineer's work desk, equipment, or in the recording vocal booth! (Please Use Food Trays)
Any spills that cause damage to the studio or equipment will be charged to the Client.

Smoking

Smoking e-pens and electronic vapes are allowed in the studio engineering area only, not inside the recording booth, as the exhaled smoke can damage the microphone.
Smoking cigarettes and/or other rollups you may have is allowed outside (at your own risk)
Do not smoke in the bathroom
Any fire or ash damage resulting from negligence and carelessness will be charged to the Client

Trash

Please make sure to clean up after yourself by placing all trash in the trash can provided.
Please take any food waste with you when you leave the studio.
Any food or trash left around the studio will result in a $25 cleaning fee charged to the Client
