  • Thai Massage in Toronto

    90 minutes
    Thai massage is a full-body massage performed on a mat on the floor with both parties wearing loose, comfortable clothes. Thai massage uses a blend of yogic stretching, fascial stretch therapy, and acupressure points, to encourage the myofascia, connective tissue, and muscles to soften and relax. The practitioner uses his/her hands, feet, arms and legs to guide the recipient into various yoga postures. 1.5 hours $140
