  All Initial Consultations are over Zoom so you will be in the comfort of your own environment and all you will need is a laptop or iPad/ Tablet or even a smart phone - although the screens tend to be a little small.The Initial Consultation is free of charge and usually lasts between 40 minutes to an hour. There is no hypnotherapy involved at this point.
