  The Initial Consultation is an important part of the process, helping us to understand what is going on and why we are struggling. It usually lasts approximately 45 minutes. There is no hypnotherapy involved at this point.All Initial Consultations are over Zoom so you will be in the comfort of your own environment and all you will need is a laptop or iPad/ Tablet or even a smart phone - although the screens tend to be a little small.
