It is especially for those who haven’t attended a pole dance class due to financial barriers or fear of discrimination in pole spaces.Michelle will guide you through 75 minutes of playful and exploratory movement, creating a safeR space to connect with your body, embrace fluidity, and express creativity outside of binary norms. This session will focus on sensual, slinky, and sultry movements—no prior experience is required. What to Bring:Clothes you can move in freely and that make you feel hot. It is especially for those who haven’t attended a pole dance class due to financial barriers or fear of discrimination in pole spaces.There are no prerequisites! Michelle (they/them/M) will facilitate 75 minutes of guided learning in a playful and exploratory approach. The rest of the time is for practicing more pole, socializing, or just hanging out. M teaches in German and English adjusted to the participants.
