    MIAM/intake meeting - An assessment meeting for one person with the mediator of approx. 45 minutes. The mediator will explain the process, principles and confidential nature of mediation as well as undertake a risk assessment to identify if the matter is suitable to proceed onto mediation with an accredited mediator. Where the matter is assessed unsuitable for mediation or if mediation breaks down, then you will be issued with a mediator signed court certificate upon request.One business days' booking lag required.
