Welcome to the Lock Haven Branch YMCA's Birthday Party Scheduling Page.

Parties are held on Saturday's and Sunday's.
September-May parties are from 3-5pm.
June-August parties are from 12-2pm.

Party Rates (for up to 25 people. An additional $30 will be charged for parties of 26-50 people):
Gym Only Party: Y Member $145 non-member: $175
Gym & Climbing Party: Y member: $205 non-member: $235
Pool & Gym Party: Y Member: $175 non-member: $205
Pool Only Party: Y Member: $205 non-member: $235

If a date doesn't appear, it is unavailable for a party rental.

The party is only temporarily reserved through this site. Once you book the date, a Y staff will be in touch to take payment for the party within 7 days. We will need payment in full to save the date. Payment can be made with a credit card, bank card, or check. The payment method must be kept on file.

  • Gym Only Party (October-December)

    120 minutes
    This party uses the gym and party room. Max party capacity is 50 people. The front desk has basketballs and volleyballs you can take upstairs (to be returned after the party). You may bring other equipment to use during party time if you'd like.The Party timeline is as follows:2:30-3p Set up in Party room3-5p Gym & Party room5-5:30p Clean up the Party roomWhen you arrive on the day of your party, stop at the front desk to check-in. You will sign a party agreement as well as be given cleaning supplies. You are required to clean up the party space after use. If there is a mess left after the party, you will be charged a $25 cleaning fee.

    When you arrive on the day of your party, stop at the front desk to check-in. You will sign a party agreement as well as be given cleaning supplies. You are required to clean up the party space after use. If there is a mess left after the party, you will be charged a $25 cleaning fee.

  • Pool and Gym Party (Oct-Dec)

    120 minutes
    This party uses the gym and the pool. Max party capacity is 50 people. You may bring your own floaties, but they have to be U.S Coast Guard approved. No arm only floaties. You may bring beach balls and other pool toys to use.
