    The purpose of this meeting is to discuss availability and direct you to the right option that fits your budget and requirements. before physical showing, we require proof of income. To save time, it is highly recommended that you fill the application at https://fayhousing.com You will be asked screening questions. You will not be asked for social security number or any sensitive info. There is an application fee of $40. However you can choose pay later.

  • sign a lease

    Please text me a copy of your id.We require payment of one month rent and the deposit. We do not accept checks or money orders. We accept only cash or card payment. Once you fill the lease form, the system will develop your lease and send it electronically to sign. Once you sign, you will get a signed copy in your email. You will get an autogenerated receipt from the system for any payments you make.We use a safe trusted third party (STRIPE) to process your payment.Please be advised that for card payments, the third party will charge you approximately 3%.

If you are not decide, we will discuss various available options out of our 14 properties.Before you proceed please be advised that in order to be eligible for rent we look for credit score of 550 and above for room rental (650 for a house rental) , income equal to at least 3 times the rent. We require proof of income.

    This will be a video meeting. I will share my screen to show you prerecorded videos of the place. If you are not decide, we will discuss various available options out of our 14 properties.
