Consular Section services are available from Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm and on Friday from 10 am to 12:30 pm.

NO APPOINTMENT is needed to pick up PASSPORTS, REPORT OF BIRTH AND REPORT OF MARRIAGE.
For passport pickup you must bring your RECEIPT and OLD PASSPORT and a proxy IF you need to pick up a passport for another person.

For all other services, based on availability, please choose your preferred appointment date and time.
Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive a confirmation email.

PLEASE RIGOROUSLY RESPECT the date and time of your appointment otherwise the service is not guaranteed and you will have to book another appointment!

If you cannot show up for your appointment please CANCEL IT, so we can free up your slot for other people.

ATTENTION. For CERTIFICATES you must submit your request by e-mail at consphilflorence@gmail.com, and wait for the requirements. Once you have submitted the documents requested by the requirements you will receive an answer with a link to book an appointment FOR THE DAY YOU WILL COME TO COLLECT THE CERTIFICATE!

Please show up no more than 30 minutes before the appointment time.

IF YOU DON'T BRING THE XEROX OF YOUR DOCUMENTS(PASSPORT, ID, RESIDENCE PERMIT), YOU HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
