It is a structured conversation designed to help you think more clearly and make more informed decisions about what comes next.

What to Expect from Your Discovery Session

Before our conversation, you'll be asked to complete a short Pre-Consultation Form. This helps me understand your current situation, what has prompted you to seek support, and what you hope to gain from our time together.

Together, we will:

• Identify any patterns, assumptions, or obstacles that may be keeping you stuck

• Explore what matters most at this stage of your journey

• Determine practical next steps and whether further coaching support would be valuable

• One or more actionable next steps you can take immediately
