Thank you for considering being part of the BCEC 65th Anniversary Photo Directory! This directory will help congregation members put names to faces and learn more about who may be related to one another across different congregations.

Your email and other personal contact information will NOT be included in the directory.

Sign up for a timeslot (2 family units per 15-minute timeslot) and answer questions which will help the photography team prepare.

General Guidelines

Dress nicely, and please arrive 5 minutes early to your session!
The person whose name and email appears at the beginning of the questionnaire is the designated contact for each family unit.
This form will ask you to acknowledge that by signing up, you consent to having your family unit's photo appear in the printed church directory. You will be given the option to consent whether to have your photo also appear in the digital version.
